Amazon Struthio values clarity and security in all transactions carried out on our platform. This Payment Policy establishes the conditions, accepted payment methods and deadlines related to purchases made on our Portal.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

Credit card:
- Main cards: Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Amex and others indicated at checkout.
- Installments: Available according to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase, and may vary depending on promotions or the total value of the order.

Bank slip:
- Available for cash payment.
- The expiration date will be informed on the invoice generated. After the expiration date, you will need to place a new order.

PIX:
- Instant payment, with faster order release.

Bank Transfer or Deposit:
- Account details will be provided at checkout.
- Proof of receipt must be sent to validate the order.
2. Transaction Security
- All transactions carried out on our Portal use advanced encryption technologies and an SSL certificate, ensuring the protection of your data.
- We do not store sensitive information such as full credit card numbers.
- We work with recognized payment gateways in the market for greater security.
3. Payment Processing and Confirmation
- The deadline for payment confirmation varies according to the chosen method:
- PIX and Credit Card: Immediate confirmation or within 24 hours.
- Bank Slip: Confirmation within 2 business days after payment.
- Bank Transfer: Confirmation within 1 business day after sending proof of payment.
- After payment confirmation, the period for sending the order will begin, as described in the Delivery Policy.
4. Cancellation and Refund Rules
- Cancellation before confirmation: If you wish to cancel the order before payment confirmation, please contact our Customer Service Center .

Refunds:
- For payments made by credit card: the refund will be requested from the card administrator and may take up to 2 invoices to be processed.
- For payments via boleto, PIX or transfer: the refund will be made via bank transfer, within 10 business days, upon providing bank details.
- Unpaid orders: Orders with expired bills or unconfirmed payments will be automatically canceled after the deadline informed at checkout.
5. Installments
- Installment purchases may be subject to interest, in accordance with the specific conditions informed at the time of purchase.
- The minimum amount for each installment will be displayed at checkout, if applicable.
