Ostrich oil is a product obtained from the fat of this animal, usually found in its breastplate. Its composition, which is different from that of ostrich oil, is the result of 17 years of studies, research and laboratory tests. This composition includes Omega 3, 6, 7 and 9, as well as Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B9, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2. Another difference in ostrich oil is the alkylglycerols, nutrients that reach 30% of the shark's liver and are naturally present in breast milk.
How to use ostrich oil
The recommendation for consuming ostrich oil is quite easy to follow: generally, between two and six capsules per day are recommended, depending on the need. They can be taken together or divided into two or three times a day. Another good tip is to take the capsules before the main meals (lunch and/or dinner), so that they can be absorbed more effectively by the body.
