General Shipping Conditions

Amazon Struthio is committed to providing an efficient and cost-effective delivery service to its customers. The shipping policy below describes the conditions under which free shipping is offered, as well as the geographic areas covered by these conditions.

Free shipping

Shipping will be free under the following conditions:

  • Locations Covered

    • Sao Paulo: Capital and interior
    • Southeast Region: Capitals and interior
    • Southern Region: Capitals and interior
    • Central-West, North and Northeast Region: Capitals and interior

    Condition for Free Shipping

    • General Rule: Free shipping for orders with a total value above R$140.00.
    • Exception: For purchases in Amapá, Acre, Roraima and Pará, Sergipe, the minimum amount to obtain free shipping is R$400.00.

All Free Shipping is sent via the PAC method of the Post Office.

Important Considerations :

  • Eligibility : Free shipping policy applies exclusively to items sold and fulfilled by Amazon Struthio.

  • Order Value : The value considered for applying free shipping is the total order after applying all campaign discounts and promotional coupons, and before adding shipping costs .

  • Shipping Calculation : For orders up to R$140.00, a shipping fee corresponding to approximately 50% of the total value of the product will be charged, varying according to the weight and quantity of items and the delivery address. This estimate is subject to change. For orders over R$140.00, shipping is free, with some applicable exceptions.

  • Address Error : In the event of an error in the address provided (incomplete address or unknown recipient), after the order is returned, the postage cost for resending will be charged. Alternatively, the order amount may be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

Shipping Policy Changes :

Amazon Struthio reserves the right to change its shipping policy at any time without notice. However, orders placed prior to any changes will be honored at the shipping terms in effect at the time of purchase.

How long does delivery take?

We work quickly to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible. Typically, handling and shipping times are 1-3 business days, and delivery takes 3-15 business days, depending on your location.
